I am the proud mum of a happy and healthy baby girl with a passion for health and wellbeing. After suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage, I made it my mission to learn everything I could to reduce the risk of another pregnancy loss and give my baby the best possible start in life.

Extensive research and collaboration with qualified and experienced health practitioners led me to discover that by committing to simple health and lifestyle changes prior to and throughout pregnancy I was able to greatly influence the health outcomes for me and my baby in the short and long term.
