Learn why good nutrition is essential for getting and staying pregnant. Our e-book includes a bundle of nutrient-dense recipes that are easy to make and delicious.

Hi, I am Bianka.

I am the proud mum of a happy and healthy baby girl with a passion for health and wellbeing. After suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage, I made it my mission to learn everything I could to reduce the risk of another pregnancy loss and give my baby the best possible start in life.

Extensive research and collaboration with qualified and experienced health practitioners including Henrietta Norton BSc DipNT led me to discover that by committing to simple health and lifestyle changes prior to and throughout pregnancy I was able to greatly influence the health outcomes for me and my baby in the short and long term.

It is without hesitation that I support the work of Bianka and her team at 40 Weeks. As a professional, mother and woman who has experienced four pregnancies and three births, the importance of tending to your wellbeing during the journey from preconception to early motherhood is paramount, for you and your baby. Information can be consuming and disempowering, finding a trusted resource such as 40 Weeks with the authentic desire to support, empower and educate women is a true gift.

PREPARE (for pregnancy)

Science tells us it takes up to 4 months for both the sperm and the egg to mature and that both are susceptible to damage during this period of maturation. It makes sense then that what you eat and what you’re exposed to in the months leading up to conception can make a difference in the healthy growth and development of your baby throughout pregnancy and beyond.

NOURISH (you and your baby during pregnancy)

Our weekly meal plans are based on the latest scientific research and engineered to nourish your health and support your baby’s growth and development. Having access to 40 weeks of meal plans takes the guesswork and stress out of deciding what to eat when pregnant, while simultaneously giving you peace of mind that you’re doing what you can to achieve optimum health and wellbeing for yourself and your baby.

NURTURE (you and your new baby)

Looking after yourself once baby is born is essential. Specific nutrients are required throughout the fourth trimester to help you recover from birth, adjust to the demands of motherhood, support you on your breastfeeding journey, reduce the risk of post-natal depression, and of course nourish your baby with the essential nutrients baby needs to thrive in the short and long term.
