About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to work with an experienced professional to launch an exciting startup business. 40 Weeks was recently funded by Australia's leading corporate accelerator and invited to join their renowned startup accelerator program. (40 Weeks was one of only 5 startups selected from over 300 applications).

What is 40 Weeks?

At 40 Weeks we provide weekly meal plans to support mum's health and baby's growth and development during each crucial stage of pregnancy including preconception, birth and beyond. With 1 in 4 pregnancies ending in miscarriage and 1 in 6 couples struggling to conceive, there is an immense opportunity to educate women about the value of good prenatal nutrition. As you know, it is medically accepted and scientifically proven certain minerals and vitamins can significantly increase a woman's chance of getting and staying pregnant, reducing the risk and severity of common pregnancy complications, enabling a vibrant pregnancy, and improving the health and wellbeing of baby in the short and long term.

40 Weeks offers three online programs that help couples prepare for pregnancy and provide meal plans and ongoing support during the 9 months of pregnancy and first 12 weeks after baby is born.

What would you be doing?

Passionate about maternal health, you'll play an integral role in creating the content of our online programs and meal plans. This will include:

  • research

  • content creation

  • writing blog posts and informative articles

  • creating meal plans that deliver the key nutrients mum and baby need during each crucial stage of pregnancy

  • learning from an experienced professional and willing mentor

If this sounds interesting to you, we'd love to hear from you.

Please send an email to bianka@40weeks.com.au and (a) tell us why you're the ideal candidate for this exciting project, (b) your availability and (c) an article you've written so we can get a sense of your writing style.

Of course if you have any questions, please ask these in your email as well.

We are looking for someone to join us immediately (if not sooner) so get in touch quickly.
